Our house is very conveniently located with respect to the proximity of the city center (350 m) and at only 200 m from Cabourg's fabulous beach,  bars, restaurants, supermarket and market.

At the ground floor : living room with fireplace (logs are not supplied), TV, free Internet access via Wi-Fi box, Wii games. Open and fully fitted kitchen (Fridge, Freezer, Dish washer, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine & Nespresso machine, Kettle, Toaster)

1st floor : Bedroom n°1 with 2 beds 80 * 200. Numerous children's books as well as for adults, Comic Strips, second DVD player which can be plugged on the lounge TV.

Combined WC and shower (no bath).

Washing machine, towel dryer and hair dryer.

Ironing board, Iron and laundry drying rack are provided.

2nd floor : Bedroom n°2 (with a bed 140 * 190) and bedroom n° 3 (with a bed 160 * 200) which offers a second TV.

 

If the weather is fine you can use the well equipped and private outside space for relaxing and dining : garden furniture, sunloungers, grill, gas plancha and heating parasol. Completely closed ground.
