For stays of 2 nights minimum, price per night:
- January to June: 55€:
- September to December: 55€
- July and August: 78€
 Degressive price for a fortnight.

These prices include:
• personalized welcome & key delivery
• beds made for your arrival
• towels provided
• Wi-Fi via internet box
• exit cleaning
• Complimentary BB kit: baby bed and booster

THE APARTMENT IS NOT RENTED DURING THE FESTIVITIES OF BAYONNE.

Arrival from 04.00 p.m. - Departure at 10.00 a.m.

TO VALIDATE YOUR RESERVATION:

- a deposit of 30% of the rental price will be required.
- Payment of the balance must be made no later than one month before arrival.
- Upon arrival, a deposit of 500 € will be required against delivery of the keys. This security deposit will be returned to you no later than 10 days after your departure, less any costs of reclamation.
